项目情况：苏世民书院采用自筹资金的办学模式，美国黑石集团主席苏世民先生在个人慷慨捐赠的基础上与清华大学共同发起筹款活动，设立苏世民书院发展基金。清华大学苏世民书院，位于清华大学的中心位置，由美国耶鲁大学建筑学院院长、后现代主义建筑风格创始人之一罗伯特·斯特恩（Robert A.M. Stern）教授主持设计。在集古典传统与现代气息、融东方神韵与西方风格于一体的清华园中，为来自世界各地最优秀的青年学子营造最好的学习和生活环境。

Project situation: The Schwarzman Scholars adopts the model of self financing, and the president of the American Blackstone Group, Mr. Su Shimin, jointly sponsored the fund-raising activities with Tsinghua University on the basis of personal generosity, and set up the fund for the development of the Schwarzman Scholars Academy. The Schwarzman Scholars Academy of Tsinghua University, located at the center of the Tsinghua University, was designed by Professor Robert Stern (Robert), one of the founders of the Architecture College of Yale University and one of the founders of the post modernist architecture.
